Executive and Leadership Coaching

SDC Executive Coaching supports the development of organization's managers and executives. Our individualized process raises leader's awareness of the impact of their style and behaviors, maximizes their unique strengths, and helps to identify goals that may challenge their comfort zone but necessary to achieve organizational and individual results.

Our framework gathers data using a 360° assessment tool, interviews and performance and background information that creates a coaching experience of feedback, exploration, discovery, performance goals setting and action planning creating opportunities to grow and maximize their potential.
